Strauss on "intellectual courage"

When Strauss taught the Nicomachean Ethics at Claremont in the spring of 1968 and had finished covering the first two moral virtues, a student criticized Aristotle for doing injustice to the phenomena by not speaking of intellectual moderation and especially of intellectual courage.
